|The glories of summer have finally arrived. Succulent tomatoes, watermelons and strawberries are falling off the vine and Stephanie Reitano, co-owner of Capogiro Gelato Artisans in Philadelphia, uses them all. Reitano creates heavenly batches of gelato and sorbetto by combining local, seasonal produce with cream from grass-fed Lancaster County cows. The results include a dense, smooth Avocado, a luscious Sicilian Blood Orange, and a sharply sweet Roasemary Honey Goat's Milk.
